XCOM 2 is the continuation of XCOM's favorite strategy and critics: Enemy Unknown, which won the title of 'Game of the Year' in 2012. So great, in fact, that it made it onto our list of best turn-based strategy games.It's also a game that may seem simple after you get the hang of it, but there are a lot of advanced tactics and strategies that the tutorials don't cover. While it is an amazing mod, one of its downsides is that the new geoscape and other mechanics are not explained well enough.

Everything in Long Battle takes more and expenses more to construct than in 'vanilla', but small items like shield now get period to build, as opposed to being manufactured immediately.
